The wait list for new memberships opens on Saturday, January 9th, 2010, 12:00 noon on this webpage. Complete the on-line application and press "submit". Applications are date and time stamped and memberships are offered on a first come first serve basis. If you applied previously, did not receive a membership offer and are still interested in joining, you need to reapply on January 9th, 2010.
